Qualifications

* Proven organizational skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to multi-task

* Detail oriented

* Proven ability to work independently

* Ability to follow oral and written instructions

*Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point

* Correct English usage : grammar, spelling and punctuation

* Bilingual preferred


Responsibilities

* Assists with vendor programs TPA'S  paperwork and notes for Contractor Connection, Lionsbridge and Sedgwick Repair  

* Upload necessary information to include photos , documents and notes in Job Nimbus

* Creates , reviews work orders as requested, processes temporary labor’s time cards, etc

* Meets company standards for attendance and punctuality

* Maintains effective working relationships at all levels of the company
Compensation: $35,360.00 - $41,600.00 per year
